Before you book

When do you start taking bookings?

We open on 17 September, Vishwakarma Puja — the craftsmen's festival, which seemed the right day for a business made of electricians, carpenters and technicians. From that morning you can book on WhatsApp or by phone in Kaliyaganj, West Bengal, with the same verified professionals and the same prices you see here.

Which areas do you cover?

We currently serve Kaliyaganj, West Bengal. The app checks your pin location before letting you book, so you will know straight away whether we can reach you. We are opening new areas steadily — message us and we will tell you when we reach yours.

How do I pay?

In cash, to the professional, after the work is finished. There is no online payment and we never ask for card or UPI details in advance.

What if I need to cancel or move the booking?

You can reschedule from the booking screen up to twice before a professional is assigned, and cancel any time before work starts. Neither costs you anything.

Is there a warranty on the work?

If something we fixed fails again shortly afterwards, call or WhatsApp us with your booking number and we will send someone back. Parts carry whatever warranty the manufacturer gives.

How do I become a partner?

Apply through the form on our partner page. We check your ID and your trade skills, and once approved, jobs in your area start reaching you — on a call at first, and in the Instant Insan Partner app once it lands in September.

When is the app coming?

Both apps — Instant Insan for customers and Instant Insan Partner — reach Google Play in September 2026. Nothing is waiting on them: you can book today on WhatsApp or by phone, and every professional is already verified the same way.

How do I delete my account?

Once you have the app, from Profile → Delete Account. Before that, or if you would rather not use the app, ask us on the account deletion page and we will do it for you. Everything that identifies you is removed.
